But unfortunately, overcoming anxiety doesn’t come naturally to most of us. That’s why it’s so important that we learn what anxiety tools and tips for handling anxiety we can use to feel our best.

In this video, I share two ways to cope with anxiety that can help in life and the workplace. My goal is to help you with handling anxiety and stress in a proactive way instead of always dealing with anxiety reactively. These tools will help you learn how to cope with anxiety before it happens and explain why therapy can play such an important role in dealing with stress and anxiety.
