Mental Health in the Workplace Training by Mike Veny = PROFITS

Mental health in the workplace training by Mike Veny will you improve your productivity, team performance and company profits. There are a variety of mental health in the workplace training programs, yet none compare to the results that Mike’s deliver.

Mental health in the workplace is becoming an increasingly popular topic because of employee burnout and remote working. This is an introduction to the mental health in the workplace videos that Mike Veny offers.

With that, here’s a quick overview of what’s in the video:

When it comes to workplace mental health awareness, many employees simply don’t identify with the term “mental health”. They think of it as being something that only applies to those that have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.

But, mental health is also about something that everyone can identify with – STRESS.

If you have stress, it can lead to mental health issues in the workplace. And, if you have already have mental health challenges, stress can make it even worse. There are employees being disciplined at work for performance issues that are actually struggling with much larger problems at the root of their behavior. That’s why we need to help improve workplace mental health. To do that, there are three workplace strategies for mental health that Mike discusses:

* Cultivate a culture of self-care.
* Learn how to have mental health conversations in the workplace.
* Put systems and resources in place to support employee wellness

This is how you can start to address workplace mental health awareness and improve mental health at work. That’s how you transform stigma in the workplace, which ultimately leads to mental health safety in the workplace.

Workplace a mental health awareness is a small investment that offers a huge return!

Top School Mental Health Speaker – 2020 (True Story!)

Today you’re going to learn about a school event that I attended and spoke at as a school mental health speaker.

With that, here’s a quick overview of what’s in the video:

As a mental health speaker for schools, I am honored every time I’m invited into a school and community to share my experience of growing up with mental health challenges. I fully support when a school is willing to allow students to skip out on things like math and science for a day or two in order to address the deeper issues and challenges that they are facing like anxiety and depression.

When working as a mental health speaker for high school or youth mental health speaker, I share the personal stories from my own life. This includes things like being expelled from three schools, being admitted to a mental hospital for multiple extended stays, self-harm, and attempting to take my own life at the age of 10. These are the issues that youth are facing and the ones that need to be addressed as a school mental health speaker.

And, it’s not just a school issue. Mental health in schools is best addressed by involving and educating the entire community. As you will see in this video, the students understand the importance of addressing these issues as well.

In short, this video will show you actionable ways that you can address mental health in your school in 2019.

Amy Rogers, Self-Employment in the Arts – “Not only was Mike’s presentation excellent but he was also a delight to work with. Over the last ten years, I have had the opportunity to work with many presenters and I would highly recommend Mike Veny to anyone looking for a quality individual and speaker to be part of an event.
