In this video he covers the following:
* The importance of self care for grief and loss.
* Therapy for caregivers.
* How to set boundaries as a caregiver.
Ultimately, this video is a great resource for supporting a caregivers mental health. He originally created this video as a response to a question on IBDLyfe.com. IBDLyfe.com is great community for learning how to manage IBD. If you're caring for someone with IBD, you can learn how to be a caregiver with no experience through this site.

Taking A Risk And Trying Something New: Guided Mindfulness Meditation
http://www.mikeveny.com In this video, Mike Veny shares about taking a risk on creating new guided mindfulness meditation products. The reason that this is him taking a risk is because he's never done it before. Mike also has anxiety, which complicates trying new things.

He shares about how his guided mindfulness meditation products include trauma informed language and inclusive language. He even gives inclusive language examples.
