Japanese electronics maker Sharp “is releasing a business-class-like seat that measures people’s health conditions that it calls ‘The Health Cockpit,'” the Wall Street Journal reports.
According to Digital Spy, the high-tech seat “is capable of monitoring key health stats including body mass, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and will be marketed to gyms and health insurance professionals.”
“Sharp aims to ship 50 Health Cockpits by the end of its current fiscal year in March 2016.”
